American Heart Association recommends eating fish at least two servings per week, preferably fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, herring, sardines, anchovies. Because this fish is a source of fish oil omega-3. But most of the American people did not usually eat fish, so that the American diet contains almost no omega-3 fats.

Omega-3 fatty acids is also in foods such as flaxseed oil, canola oil and nuts. These foods are rich in omega-3 linolenic acid form. But in the body, only 15% of omega-3 Omega-3 is in a strong and dynamic as in fish, EPA and DHA. You can also fish oil capsules. But for some people, it seemed to capsules or Fishy farmers.
