Healthy Diet to Prevent Cancer

Cancer is essentially a preventable disease.

Although a small proportion of cancers are caused by inherited genes, the vast majority are caused by DNA damage that accumulates during the life of a person. You can not choose their parents, but by the choice of food and lifestyle can reduce your risk of developing cancer and even stop in their tracks.
