You’re probably looking at it because you or a family member have been diagnosed with morphea or by its other name, localized scleroderma. You will more than likely to feel confused, surprised and a little confused as to what this condition is strange! I say this because that is exactly how my mother felt when she was diagnosed with Morphea three years ago.
As you’ve discovered, there is very little discussion Morphea compared with other autoimmune diseases (generally accepted as an autoimmune etiology, although nothing has been proven). There are sites that describe the symptoms and prognosis, but as far as I can see that there is very little about the emotional effects of this disease. Anxiety as a result of this diagnosis is the same thing seems to aggravate the condition, then perhaps the discussion with like-minded people to help us all!

I found nothing new because they had already made for these sessions. However, many of them were not happy with the results of what they do. Sometimes it makes me think that despite all the pain yet made it a disappointment? Then closely observed that most of them are workaholics rigorous and time to work long hours at the office, in the absence of physical activity, depriving psychologically, physically and emotionally. So when you do not have time to fast food or what is known today as the junk food like pizza, burgers, spaghetti, etc.
In addition to being advised by instructors who conduct fitness programs in your workouts gyming somehow people find it difficult to maintain a balance between exercise and diet. A psychology typical of most of them is why now and not to eat more to compensate for training purposes. In these shifts every effort to maintain balance and stay in shape going down the drain.
